John Hendricks, President of the De Pere Dodgers Baseball Club, Inc. today announced that long time baseball man Denny Ruh will be the new manager of the Dodgers this summer. Ruh is a 7 time Manager of the Year in the Wisconsin State League with the Green Bay Blue Ribbons, and is also one of two remaining baseball men that started the League in 1970.
Ruh replaces first year manager Doug Coe. Coe didn’t return because of work commitments and wanting to spend more time with his young family.

Ruh stated that the Dodgers will start working out after the 10th of May and currently have some new prospects on the tentative roster that should make for a better team than the 5th place finish the Dodgers had last season.
The Dodgers open their 2017 season with a home game against the Little Chute Bandits on Friday night, May 26.
